After an unimaginably tough year for businesses, Inside Out Communications Consulting is thrilled to announce that we are celebrating our first birthday!
Starting a business is hard at the best of times, but starting a business at the very beginning of a year long (and counting) pandemic is beyond the worst nightmare of any entrepreneur. Despite this, Inside Out has only gone from strength to strength over the last 12 months.
We’ve welcomed a number of new clients, working with them on a variety of key digital projects. This extra demand has also seen a need to expand the team. Over the last few months, we’ve welcomed two new members to the company, internal communications consultant Diane Myers, and marketing coordinator Oliwia Tyralska.
We’ve also refined our business offering, now focusing exclusively on helping organisations undertaking digital transformation and major IT change to communicate more effectively with their people.
Our mission is simple: we want to help organisations to communicate digital transformation from the inside, out. We provide the tools and strategies to ensure your digital transformation is a hit, and that your people understand it and their role in it.
As we turn one, we take a moment to reflect on the year we’ve had. We’d like to thank everyone who has supported us over the past year - from clients and partners to friends and mentors, you've been amazing.
As we look ahead to year two, we're focusing on working with our existing and new clients to support them with their exciting digital transformation programmes. We're also keen to further develop our networks in our native North East and work more closely with the digital and tech communities to further advance our sector. To help us do this, we've joined Dynamo and look forward to becoming an active member of this important regional network.
