On Thursday 24 March, the Inside Out team travelled to Birmingham from all corners of the country to attend the Institute of Internal Communications Central and North Region Awards - an event held annually to celebrate and reward excellent internal communications in the region.
We are so proud to officially announce to our network that we returned to Inside Out HQ with two Awards of Excellence - an amazing achievement for our first awards entry which we're looking forward to building on in years to come.
Our entry for Channels: Video and Animation garnered the attention of the judges, who scored our cyber safety videos and campaign material aimed at staff and students at Durham University highly on impact, audience, and creativity. We hope this recognition shines a light on the importance of education around cyber security, and the human factor in protecting organisations from cyber crime.
Our People in the Region: Best Agency of the Year entry also attracted impressive commentary from the judges, with a nod to Inside Out’s “strong [company] culture” despite being in our formative years. If you follow us on socials (LinkedIn and Twitter) you’ll know how important our flexible, balanced, and collaborative company culture is to us - so we’re really excited to have this acknowledged by the judges at IoIC.
We wanted to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to the organisers, hosts, and judges of the evening, who must have worked tirelessly to make it the success that it was. Another huge thank you goes out to our guests, who supported and celebrated with us on the night. And of course, a huge round of applause to all of the Inside Out dream team!
