It’s been a testing couple of years for small businesses, but Durham-based internal communications agency, Inside Out Communications Consulting, has emerged triumphant with two prestigious award nominations.
Inside Out has been shortlisted for both the Best Agency of the Year award, and Video and Animation award at the annual Institute of Internal Communications Central and North Komms Klub Awards, a month ahead of only their second business birthday.
Video and Animation
The North-East consultancy has been shortlisted for its work with Durham University, in collaboration with Durham-based creative agency Curious12, on a series of videos and communications aimed to increase student and staff engagement and awareness around cyber safety.
“Cyber safety is a really important topic in the higher education sector at the moment. Cyber security is a huge task for IT teams, but staff and students also have a personal responsibility to keep themselves and their University safe. That is what we successfully communicated in the videos,” Danielle Phillips, Inside Out founder and principal consultant, explained.
Best Agency of the Year
Inside Out is one of only two contenders to be shortlisted for the prestigious Best Agency of the Year award.
“We are blown away to be recognised by such a prestigious body in the internal communications field,” said Danielle. “We’ve done some fantastic work for our clients over the last two years, and we are now working on even more projects based on the success of that work.”
“To be shortlisted for the Best Agency of the Year award before we’ve even turned two is beyond our wildest dreams!”
“To me these nominations show that despite our infancy, our hard work and determination throughout the Covid-19 pandemic has paid off. It’s a testament to the work we’re doing and my team, who I couldn’t be more proud of,” the Inside Out founder concluded.
